These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are between You and WillysClub.com. (“Company”). Your use of the website and the products sold here constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and shows your willingness to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement relates to the products at present offered by the Company and any products that we may choose to offer in the future (“Products”). WillysClub.com reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions that is on this page without notice at any time.

We are registered in England and Wales and have our registered office at Suite 2B, North Sands Business Centre, Liberty Way, Sunderland SR6 0Q.
Our company number is 6447917 and we are not VAT registered company yet.

ORDERS
Our Company’s Goal is Your Satisfaction with your purchase from WillysClub.com.

RETURN POLICY
In case you change your mind and do not want your item, you can return or exchange new, unused item you bought within 14 days after receipt. Please note that any return shipping duties and taxes charged to WillysClub.com should be paid by you and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Unless faulty, we cannot accept the return of watches that have been worn or personalized. In the unlikely event that you receive a watch that is faulty, has been damaged in transit then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the postage cost incurred returning the item to us.

In order to RETURN the watch you have to follow the steps below:
1) Ensure the watch has not been worn and is not personalised. All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, warranty cards, all protectors, etc). It will be returned to you in case the item has any signs of wear, as we will be unable to sell it as new.

2) Please send us email with return request before you send the watch back.

3) Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch (including spare belts, protective plastic on watches, etc.). We would strongly advice to use standard Postal Service with trackable delivery confirmation. We encourage you to send with reliable postage provider to insure and protect yourself against breakage or lost shipments. Please, do not ship with the post providers that could charge duties and taxes on the return as these charges would then have to be deducted from your refund amount.

To wear a watch, even for a short time, definitely will get it blemished in some way, especially if it has a leather band which is marked the first time the strap was in contact with the skin or is buckled. Please understand that we are happy taking returns within these guidelines as we must be able to sell the watch as new. We hope you realize that a new watch can only be returned if it has never been used or worn.

WillysClub.com must be informed within 24 hours of receipt of delivery damaged or in unsatisfactory condition order for the right for any return privileges.

SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping charges for any non-faulty returns are customer’s responsibility. The fee will be deducted to cover our original shipping costs.

SHIPPING
WillysClub.com cannot insure the security and reliability of the recipient’s local postal system. The customers need to inform WillysClub.com in the event they haven’t received the product within 30 days as we have to contact postage provider to trace the parcel. No refund or reshipment can be done if WillysClub.com has not been informed.

WARRANTY
The Company offers TWO YEARS international warranty that covers material or manufacturing faults. The damaged or broken straps, crystal and battery are NOT covered by warranty. The normal wear and tear, accidents or other damage as a result of improper usage and care are NOT covered as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have to be notified via email or in person for any cancellation within 24hours of placing the original order.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal, and customer responsible for all banking charges. The payment has to be done in full before we ship. All prices on this website are in GBP and may be changed without prior notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Client‘s details are considered as confidential and, consequently, will not be revealed, shared or sold to any third party, only to directly involved in the manufacturing and/or shipping process or in case of legal requirement to do so by the appropriate authorities.

FORCE MAJEURE
For any obligation or failures under this agreement due to force majeure events that beyond the control neither party involved into this agreement should be liable.

WATER RESISTANCE
The description for water resistance is theoretical and built on condition when both the watch and water are static that never happens in the real world. The pressure on the watch is increased when arm moves under water.
